New challenge(s)

UPDATE:

Okay-I am reluctantly posting this card. I am really really not in love with it. I tried to combine the two challenges into one card and had a few ideas in my head and somehow...I went a totally different direction and am less than enthused about the outcome. It's ok-it's there, but for now...it's done. I need to spend some time with my kids and need to get ready for piano lessons coming later. Oh well-it's an off day...it still needs...something...I don't think I like all the red on top??? (I also accidentally tore the red as I was distressing the edges, but was ready to get this done-again-oh well-there's always tomorrow. I also should have measured when I cut-I just eyeballed everything. I WAS however, excited to use a new stamp set my sister&daughter gave me for Christmas. Thanks and sorry I didn't do it justice this time.




Measurements before borders: red – 1” x 5”, blue – 2” x 3 ¼”, flower panel – 3 9/16” x 2”.

Also, a color challenge: ballet blue, real red and apricot...something or other
