Monday Meal Pin Share

I can't believe it is already Monday again. My kids were on Spring Break last week and we were gone all week. Sounds nice, huh? It wasn't. haha Four of the seven of us got sick and it is still going...ugh.

So, for today I thought I would share a few of my most recent favorite food pins I have found on Pinterest. Here are my top five I want to try of late:

Clean Eating Fudge - This fudge recipe is proof that delicious doesn’t have to be unhealthy 2-1/2 cups Chocolate Chips, I used dark chocolate chips because of their health benefits. 1/2 cup coconut milk, (canned, not in a carton) Keep in mind the fats from coconut milk are the good kind. 1/4 cup raw mild honey Dash of sea salt 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 large old bananas + 1 cup of quick oats. You can add in choc chips, coconut, or nuts if you’d like. Then 350º for 15 mins. THAT’S IT! would be good for a grab and go bfast with some fruit (=

Those cookies and fudge look good. I think I might be a sweet-a-holic. If I have anything sweet in my house then I eat all of it. I don't have much willpower right now and I need to lose 30 pounds so these will have to wait:)
