I know I've been out lately, but I am excited to show you everything I have been doing in that time and MORE! Today I just wanted to share with you a really simple fun little snack that is adorable and perfect for parties, birthdays, lunches, and even after school snacks. It's an individual sized 5 tiered cookie cake!
We were looking to make something different from your typical cupcakes for my daughter's birthday recently and this is what we came up with.
5 Tiered Individual Cookie Cakes
1. We made some chocolate chip cookies, but any kind of cookies would work for this!
2. Then we picked out five cookies that turned out similar sizes with a couple that were a bit smaller.
3. Then we grabbed the frosting and started stacking! You just throw some frosting in between each layer of cookies! So easy!
4. Last thing we did was add a dollup of some glittery frosting on top and added a cherry! Wala!

So cute! And so many different variations possible! What kind of cookies would you make this with? Sugar cookies? Or how about pumpkin cookies with a german chocolate frosting and chocolate frosting in between. Oh my. I'm off to bake some more! ;)
